Luckily, there have been some incredibly interesting leaks about Call of Duty: Warzone 2. The game will supposedly feature a Blackout-like map, which could be made up of iconic locations from the original modern warfare trilogy. The armor will also resemble the Blackout system, with an interrogation function also suggested by leaks. Although all rumors should be taken with a grain of salt, Henderson has proven himself correct on several occasions, predicting correctly Call of Duty and Battlefield features when leaking games like Quantic Dream Star Wars: Eclipse. Henderson’s latest teasers come from an image posted to his Twitter account, with said image previewing the upcoming Call of Duty: Warzone 2 map. Henderson also teases swimming, which would be a logical addition.

Based on Henderson’s drawing (which is next to a Call of Duty: Vanguard i.e. a disc used as a coaster), the upper right corner of the map will consist of a modern city. This should be especially exciting for those who loved Verdansk and want him back. To the left of this town, a quarry will supposedly be seen, with the center of the map made up of caves. While there are surely many points of interest in these areas, this vague outline suggests a diverse play space with a healthy dose of verticality.

While the original Call of Duty: Warzone lacked swimming mechanics, Treyarch’s Call of Duty games have featured swimming in the online game since black ops 3so it wouldn’t be shocking to see it featured at war zone. If Henderson’s outline of the map turns out to be accurate, swimming will also be a very necessary feature, as there is apparently “a lot of sea” in the southern part of the map. If the entrance to this water zone is accessible and has landmarks everywhere, it could add a new dynamic to matches, with players swimming from place to place and having final battles inside some. water places. Marine vehicles like boats are also a possibility.

With Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2‘full disclosure supposedly imminent, details on Call of Duty: WarzoneThe successor of could also arrive soon. Until official information is provided by Activision, however, fans can expect to see more leaks like this appear online.

Call of Duty: Warzone 2 is in development for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X.
